The Factory Speed and Agility Training Boot Camp is designed to maximize speed, acceleration, agility, and power through high intensity training. Each session focuses on agility training, plyometrics and core strengthening to maximize results. Each athlete will work with a very motivating and knowledgeable staff of coaches that understand the key components of fitness. Coaches will spend time individually with each athlete to develop their fitness. Speed and Agility Training is for athletes grades K-8th grade.
